What is an ESOP?
EMPLOYEE STOCK OWNERSHIP PLAN (ESOP)
StoneAge’s ESOP, or an Employee Stock Ownership Plan, grants company stock to employees as part of their compensation. Employees accumulate a growing number of shares, which increases over time as an employee's tenure increases. Having ownership in the company inspires our employees to do their best work, as they have a vested interest in the growth and success of StoneAge.
